When trucks are parked at a construction site, we ask pedestrians to wait for the trucks to protect them from danger.

【Vehicle Guidance】
When a vehicle parks at a work site, we inform the staff around the site that "a car is coming in!" to ensure safety.

There is no difficult or hard physical work involved!
Even if you have no experience, you can work with peace of mind through training and on-site support.

▼Salary
■Daily wage
・Day shift: 8,920 yen (9,920 yen *including commuting allowance) *8 hours actual work, 1 hour break
・Night shift: 10,600 yen (11,600 yen *including commuting allowance) *8 hours actual work, 1 hour break
・Middle shift: 6,690 yen (7,690 yen *including commutation allowance) *6 hours of work, 1 hour break
・Half shift: 4,460 yen ( 5,460 yen *including commuting allowance) *4 hours of actual work
※Full daily wage is guaranteed even if you finish work early!

■Allowance
Overtime allowance 700 yen/30 minutes (both day shift and night shift)

■Daily pay
・Day shift daily pay: 7,000 yen
・Night shift daily pay: 7,000 yen
・Half shift daily pay: 4,000 yen
・Middle shift daily pay: 4,000 yen

■Pay raise available

■Payment method: daily payment
※Daily payment and bank transfer OK
※Up to 7,000 yen per day can be paid.
※Up to 5,000 yen per day for boarders.
※The balance is paid on the 5th of every month (payday).

▼Working Days and Hours
【Working hours】
Shifts will be determined between 8:00 and 6:00 the following day.
・Day shift: 8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00 (depending on site)
・Night shift: 20:00 to 5:00 or 21:00 to 6:00 (depending on site)
Variable working hours on a monthly basis

【Break time】
Break time is in accordance with legal requirements.

▼Overtime Details
About 2 hours per month.
Some sites finish ahead of schedule.

Depends on shift schedule

▼Training
Legal training: 3 days (20 hours), 10,000 yen per day for training. Lunch is included.
Trial period: 2 months. No change in salary.
