Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
As a home helper, you will visit the home of the user, provide physical care and daily living assistance, and help with general daily living

<About the composition of users>
Average age: 70s ~ 80s
Number of visits: 5 ~ 10 per day
Visiting area: Shinjuku-ku and Nakano-ku

<Living Support>
Assistance with general household chores
Cleaning: Tidying up the living room, taking out the trash, etc.
Laundry: Washing clothes and drying clothes
Shopping: Shopping for daily necessities and meals

<Physical care>
Care by direct contact with the body
Dressing: Dressing and undressing
Bathing assistance: Assistance with bathing/showering and wiping
Meal care: Monitoring and support for mealtimes
Transfer assistance: Assistance in transferring to a wheelchair and accompanying walks
Toilet care: Guiding toilets and changing diapers

▼Salary
Monthly salary: 230,000 yen ~ 340,000 yen + overtime allowance

◆Transportation expenses (up to 20,000 yen per month)
◆Bonus (July and December / amount paid is calculated based on work performance, etc.)

▼Contract Period
There will be a probationary contract period of 6 months, and after that, there will be a system to promote employees

5 days a week
9:00 ~ 18:30 (60-minute break)

* Since services are also provided on Saturdays and Sundays, you will be required to work during your shift. However, please let us know your holiday preference when deciding on your shift.
* Variable working hours system (per month/average of 22 working days per month)

●Jobs available through the Tokyo Metropolitan Caregiver Employment Promotion Program (a program that allows employees to acquire a qualification such as beginner's training for caregivers while working after being hired).
●No training fee is required and you will be paid for the time you spend in the training program.
●The employment contract is for a fixed term of 6 months or less, and upon agreement with the employer, continued employment is possible after the contract period is over.
●The target applicants are job leavers who wish to find employment in the nursing care industry, self-employed persons who have closed their businesses, and underemployed persons who have graduated from schools, etc. (including workers who have decided to become job leavers at the time of hiring) and who do not have qualifications equivalent or superior to those of the practical nursing care worker training.
