Interpreter and customer service sales staff [Short-term part-time job].
We are looking for a part time interpreter to help us serve customers and sell our products in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
(Communication with Japanese customers and staff working together will be mainly in Japanese.)

(You will communicate mainly in Japanese with Japanese customers and staff who work with you.
I want to challenge myself to communicate with customers through customer service in order to make use of the language skills I have acquired!
As a preliminary activity for my future global career! I want to challenge myself to communicate with customers through customer service in order to use my language skills!
You can also make use of your experience in a global company.

---- Specific job description ----
Supporting sales staff
Cashier (cash register, wrapping, etc.)
Backyard operations (inventory control, merchandise replenishment, etc.), etc.
You will be trained in the backyard at first, and then asked to work around the cash register (cash register operation, wrapping, etc.) and customer service and sales operations in order, so you can work with confidence.

Specifically, you will learn the concept and features of products through training such as inventory checks and product display.
Once you become accustomed to the job, we will gradually ask you to provide support around the cash register and perform customer service and sales duties.
Our trainers will support you until you get used to cashiering (cash register operation and wrapping), so please don't worry. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
As for customer service, we give priority to those who wish to work in customer service, so you will not be asked to serve customers out of the blue.
We also provide training in customer service, so you will be able to learn skills such as manners and attentiveness that can be utilized in other areas through on-the-job training.
