▼Job Responsibilities
This includes setting out products, cleaning, checking temperatures, checking expiration dates, etc.
After the employee has some understanding of the work flow, they will be trained to be a cashier as well.
In the beginning, the main focus will be on product placement.

▼Salary
1,150 yen per hour on weekdays
1,250 yen on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

▼Contract Period
This is a one-year contract from April 1 of the current year to March 31 of the following year.
Before the contract expires, an interview will be conducted and the contract will be renewed annually.

▼Working Days and Hours
Minimum of 2 days per week and minimum of 3 hours per day.
For those working more than 6 hours and 15 minutes per day, there is a 1-hour break.

▼Overtime Details
There is no basic overtime.
For hours worked in excess of 8 hours per day, we pay the contracted hourly rate plus 25% of the contracted hourly rate.

▼Holiday
Based on the contract, the company manages shifts of 2 to 5 days off per week.
A paid holiday system is also available.

Those who work more than 20 hours per week and those who earn more than 88,000 yen per month are required to join social insurance.
