▼Job Responsibilities
We survey buildings and other structures in advance, and form demolition methods.
We then determine the details of the demolition work process and work by hand and by machine, separating the materials as we go.
We take all possible measures to prevent noise and dust from disturbing the neighbourhood during the demolition work.
1. Scaffold Curing
Since demolition work involves work at high elevations, we securely erect scaffolding.
The most important thing is to complete the work without any accidents.
In addition, to prevent dust and dirt from scattering to neighboring residents and causing trouble, we enclose the area around the scaffolding with protective nets before starting demolition work.
▽
2. Removal of glass, doors, etc.
We remove and sort window glass, doors, roof tiles, and other removable items.
▽
3. Start of building demolition work
We will work with consideration for the surrounding area, keeping noise and dust dispersal to a minimum.
If there is a school nearby, we will adjust work hours or sprinkle water to suppress dust.
▽
4. Separation and removal of waste wood from demolition
Before loading waste materials onto trucks, we carefully separate wood, steel, concrete, plastic, glass, and other materials before removing them.
▽
5. Clearing the ground
We check the ground for obstructions, etc., and after confirmation, we use heavy machinery to level the ground.
▽
6. Completion of site work
Work at the site is safely completed without injury or accident. Everyone returns home!
