The taxi service is provided in the vicinity of the garage, mainly in Sagara and Jonan wards of Fukuoka City, as well as in the entire Fukuoka City area and its surrounding areas. Cabs take customers to their destinations!
All vehicles are AT equipped with a car navigation system, ETC, and a security system with a drive recorder.

(1) Daytime work
　22 shifts per month 206,325 yen (including overtime, etc.)
+ overtime premium pay (depending on earnings)
+ commission (paid according to earnings)
　24 shifts per month: 213,410 yen (including overtime, etc.)
+ overtime premium (paid according to the amount of earnings)
+ commission (depending on earnings)

(2) Night shift
　22 shifts per month: 246,065 yen (including late night, overtime, etc.)
+ extra pay within the prescribed time period (paid according to the amount of work performed)

　24 shifts per month: 263,888 yen (including late-night work, overtime, etc.)
+ extra pay for overtime work (depending on the number of days worked)
+ overtime premium (paid according to the amount of operation income)

(3) Every other day work
　12 shifts per month: 234,490 yen (including late night, overtime, etc.)

8,000 yen per day will be paid during the training period after joining the company and after obtaining a type 2 driver's license. After the training period, there will be salary compensation (250,000 yen per month) for the first 3 months of driving.

④Training driver: 1 to 4 days a week: depends on Hakata driving school schedule, 8,000 yen per day paid

▼Contract Period
Those who are under 60 years old at the time of hiring are contracted as regular employees until they reach 60 years old. After 60 years of age, the contract is automatically renewed after one year as a non-regular employee.

After obtaining a Type 2 license, those under 60 years of age are contracted as full-time employees, and those over 60 years of age are contracted as non-regular employees with one-year contracts that are automatically renewed thereafter.

1. Regular Employees
(1) Day shift: 22 shifts per month, 7.5 hours/day, 1.5 hours break Example: 7:30-16:30 (shift system)

(3) Every other day: 12 shifts per month, 14.0 hours per day, 3.0 hours break, e.g., 7:30 a.m. to 0:30 a.m. (shift system)

(4) Training driver for obtaining a Type 2 driver's license: 1 to 3 days per week, 7 hours per day / 1.0 hour break
(The schedule varies depending on the Hakata Driving School's schedule.)

(1) Day shift (2) Night shift: Up to 1.5 hours of overtime per ride

(3) Overtime work of up to 3 hours per shift is allowed.

(4) Training crew: No overtime work

Holidays: 22 workdays per month, 9 to 7 days; 24 workdays per month and every other day, 7 to 6 days per month

Vacation: Paid vacations (as per labor laws and regulations)

Adult rider: 8,000 yen per day for the period (up to 3 months), during which the second type of exemption is obtained (on the same day).

Training period: After obtaining the second type of exemption: 1 week to 2 weeks 8,000 yen per day
