Example of a newcomer's salary:
250,000 yen/month (including commission)
Fixed salary of 140,000 yen + 90,000 yen (commission amount)

Basic salary is 900 yen per hour

Attendance allowance 5,000 yen* paid when shift is accomplished
Accident-free allowance 5,000 yen (paid after no accidents)

Commission allowance 0 yen - *Depends on sales.
Example: If sales are 700,000 yen, 160,000 yen

Hourly wage only during the training period.
(An allowance for diligence and accident-free driving will be given after one month of driving.)

Working days:
　12 days per shift
Working hours and breaks:
　Shift 1: 9:00 - 2:30 the next day (14.5 hours, 3 hours break)
　Shift 2: 15:00 - 8:30 the next day (same as above)
　Shift 3: 5:00 - 18:00 (11.5 hours, 1.5 hours break)
　Shift 4: 8:00 - 21:00 (same as above)
　Shift 3) and 4) are available only once per 30 calendar days.
