Since its establishment in 1991, AMS Security Service has been providing traffic guidance and event security mainly at construction sites in the Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama prefectures.
There is no mandatory retirement age for security guards at AMS Security Services, Inc. and we determine work days based on your desired shifts, so you can continue to work for as long as you like according to your own physical condition and availability.
We allow our employees to work concurrently with other jobs, or from shifts of one day a week, so foreign students and permanent residents of Japan who have semi-retired from their jobs can choose the way of working that suits their circumstances. As a result, we are a security company with a high retention rate, with security guards who have been with us for 30 years and who range in age and nationality from their 20s to 80s.
While in other countries, security work may be similar to police or military work, and many of the duties may be dangerous, in Japan, traffic security work is centered on communication, such as kindly guiding and talking to pedestrians.
This job shows the spirit of politeness, kindness, and sense of responsibility that Japanese people are praised for around the world, and which they cherish. We highly recommend this job to anyone who wants to learn more about the Japanese people and their hearts. It is a job that makes you feel appreciated by people, and you can feel the value more than the income.
