Responding to inquiries and providing support in English from both new customers and existing tenants of the Village House rental condominium.

Responding to emails, phone calls, and SNS from new customers regarding moving in
Scheduling property inspections
Correspondence regarding rental contracts
Handling inquiries from existing tenants regarding repairs and living-related issues
Responding to inquiries regarding cancellations
Translation services

*Communication in Japanese is required within the team and internally

3,360,000 ～ ¥3,900,000/year

Monthly salary: ¥280,000 - ¥325,000
(Including fixed overtime (30 hours): 52,370 yen - 60,786 yen {})
