▼Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand Transpak's market presence and achieve revenue targets in Japan.
Build relationships with potential customers and identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking.
Build strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Lead and motivate the sales team and provide coaching and support as needed to meet the sales targets of the and collective sales targets.
Work with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategy with market trends and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior management to provide recommendations and insights for improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
Represent Transpak at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services and expand networking.
