You will be in charge of line work to make kabayaki (broiled eel) and shiroyaki (white broiled eel).

<Details>
Opening and sorting of eels (using a special knife)
Baking line work for kabayaki and shiroyaki (turning, removing fins, removing foreign objects, etc.)
Vacuum packing
Packing and shipping work

Basic salary: 200,000-210,000 yen + various allowances
