▼Job Responsibilities
Traffic guidance at construction sites such as power lines and roads is required.
Depending on the time of year, security for events such as fireworks festivals may also be a main focus.

▼Salary
Basic daily allowance 9,000 yen
Safety compliance allowance 500 yen (per shift)
Regional allowance 500 yen (southern Saitama, etc.) to 1,500 yen (23 wards of Tokyo, etc.) (per shift)
Total: 9,500-11,000 yen per day
1,072 yen per hour during 20 hours of legal training

Heat stroke allowance of 300 yen (per shift) during summer
Actual commuting expenses up to 30,000 yen per month

Salary is guaranteed if work becomes difficult on the same day due to company reasons!
Decided before you come to work...25% of your daily wage
50% of daily wage if the decision is made after you arrive at work.

▼Contract Period
Initially 1 month (probationary period), renewable in 3-month increments from next time.
There is a system to promote full-time employees.

▼Working Days and Hours
At least 2 days per week
Basic working hours are 08:00-17:00 (lunch break 12:00-13:00)
Actual working hours: 8 hours
*Depends slightly on the work site.
When construction is finished early, work will end at that time.
(Daily allowance will be paid for one day.)

▼Overtime Details
About 10 hours per month may occur.

Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
*On rare occasions, we may ask employees to work on Saturdays.
Six days during the year-end and New Year's holidays and four days during the Golden Week holidays

▼Training
Inexperienced employees will receive 20 hours of training by law.
Trial period for the first month of employment (including training).

All of Tokyo (mainly within the 23 wards)
Saitama Prefecture (mainly in Saitama City, Koshigaya City, Kitamoto City, Okegawa City, Kazo City, Kumagaya City, etc.)
Western Chiba Prefecture (Kashiwa City, Ichikawa City, Matsudo City, etc.)
Some sites are fixed and others may change.
