▼Job Responsibilities
This job is to notify workers of approaching trains during construction work in close proximity to railroads.
This is mainly proximity work for JR, Kintetsu, and Meitetsu lines.

Train spotters are required to be qualified.
Until you become qualified, we will provide you with jobs as traffic guides, etc.

We have a wide range of age group members who are very active in this job.
We have both male and female workers.

▼Salary
Salary depends on working hours.
*The average monthly income of employees is over 200,000 yen.
*The hourly wage will be 1,027 yen during the 3-day legal training period.
There are no other changes in employment status or treatment.

《Example of monthly salary》
First year of employment (after 3 months of probationary period)
　No night shift / Traffic guidance / Monthly salary: 180,000-220,000 yen
　No night shift / Train guard / 200,000-240,000 yen/month

Third year of employment (after personnel evaluation)
　With night shift / Train guard / 200,000-290,000 yen

▼Contract Period
No fixed contract period from 18 to 59 years old

*Fixed term of employment for ages 60-70　 (4 months or more)
1 year

Contract may be renewed (in principle)

▼Working Days and Hours
Variable working hour system on a monthly basis
*Total working hours within 173 hours per month (average of 40 hours per week)
*No overtime work is required!
*Working shifts will vary depending on the location to which you are assigned.

◎08:00 - 17:00 (8 hours per day)
◎22:00 - 6:00 the next day (7.25 hours)

Day shift only and night shift only are also available!
