You will start as an engineer even with no experience.

Annual income 3,800,000 yen - 5,000,000 yen
Monthly income from 310,000 yen
Base salary: 224,000 yen to 252,800 yen + overtime allowance + late-night allowance

Salary increase: Once a year (April)
Example of annual salary:
3.3 million yen / 23 years old, first year with the company, (monthly salary of 230,000 yen + various allowances)
4,000,000 yen / 28 years old, 3rd year with the company (270,000 yen/month + various allowances)
4.5 million yen / 32-year-old, fifth-year employee, (monthly salary: 300,000 yen + various allowances)
The amount will be determined in consideration of experience and ability.
