▼Job Responsibilities
Regular cleaning and maintenance of air conditioners.

・Check the operation ・・ Turn on the remote control and operate it. Check the heating/cooling status and whether there are any unusual noises. Check for any error codes.
Curing the area around the air conditioner・・・Protect the room so that it does not get dirty. Move any objects so that a stepladder can stand under the air conditioner.
Parts removal・・・Turn off the breaker and disassemble the indoor unit. All parts that can be removed are removed for easy cleaning.
Before cleaning parts・・・The removed parts are washed outside. Dust, nicotine, oil, mold, water stains, and various other stains are on the parts.
Washing・・・・Carefully wash off the dirt with detergent.
High-pressure washing of indoor unit・・・・High-pressure washing of indoor unit is done with a protective cover to prevent the surrounding area from getting wet.
Assembly・・・・Reassembling the removed and cleaned parts to the original condition.
Trial run・・・・Test run by turning on the breaker. Measure the temperature and check the operating condition.

Other operations
Cleaning of outdoor units
Periodic inspection in accordance with the CFC emission control law
Periodic filter cleaning

Monthly salary

5 days a week, 8 hours a day
* Working hours and days vary depending on the site (some sites require early start, late start, etc.)
* Work on holidays may be required in some cases. In that case, you will be asked to take a substitute day off on a weekday.

The office warehouse is located in Yodogawa-ku, Osaka City. (within walking distance from Hankyu Juso Station)
We will assemble and go to the work site in a work vehicle.
