▼Job Responsibilities
You will start by sorting passenger baggage, loading and unloading, and transporting containers with a tow truck.
In the future, you will acquire in-house qualifications and take on the challenge of guiding passengers and operating boarding bridges.
Some of our senior staff members are also in charge of high-lift loaders and push-back trucks at a young age.
Specific duties include
Sorting passenger baggage (suitcases), loading and unloading containers, and transporting containers with tow trucks.
Guiding airplanes (marshaling) and attaching power cables and air conditioning cables.
Attachment of boarding bridges and opening of aircraft doors
Cargo loading and unloading by special vehicles such as belt loaders and high-lift loaders
Water and Lavatory Service (drinking water and sewage disposal)
Push-back and towing (aircraft being moved by towing vehicles, etc.)
Snow removal (by three persons: a height operator, a special vehicle driver, and a guide)
*Basically, a team (3-12 people) is in charge of one flight.

Hourly wage: 1450 yen
Transportation expenses: stipend provided
Hourly wage example: 1,450 yen x 172hr + overtime work 1,812 yen x 15hr + late night 363 x 10hr + transportation expense 1,000 yen x 22 days = 302,210 yen

▼Overtime Details
Overtime work of 20h/month to 30h/month may be required
If over 8 hours: Overtime hourly wage 1,813 yen/hour
After 22:00: Late-night overtime: 2,175 yen/hour

Holidays occur approximately 8 to 9 days per month and are determined by the work schedule due to shift work.

Trial period: 3 months
Training period: 3 weeks training at Osaka Training Center
Hotel and airfare are free! Hourly wage will be paid even during the training period!
