Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
Roller heavy equipment manufacturer offers after-sales service for vehicles.
Road cutters, road stabilizers, asphalt finishers, drainage pavement function restoration vehicles, and sprinkler trucks are responsible for after-sales service.

Specifically,
【Customer service】
・Responding to technical inquiries
・Handling of vehicle defects
・Claims adjudication
・Guidance for delivery of new vehicles
【Guidance to affiliated maintenance shops】
・Periodic visits
・Inspection

Customers can be located either in Japan or overseas.

▼Salary
Example of monthly income 262,975 yen + transportation expenses
Hourly wage 1,570 yen x 7.75 hours x 20 days = 243,350 yen
Overtime: 1,570 yen x 1.25 x 10 hours = 19,625 yen
