Work contents ⇒ Material preparation, material input, product unloading, packing, etc.
※ Members of Guidable Jobs (in their 20s to 50s) are also active in this team.
From 2024, they will expand the scope of work to include maintenance work, which is one of their specialties.

・We develop our programs.

▼Salary
■190,000~305,000 yen/month
*Transportation and overtime allowances will be paid separately and will be determined based on job duties and experience.

<About payment>
・Payment period: 21st of the previous month to 20th of the current month
・Payment date: End of the month
Example: For September payment, the payment period is from August 21 to September 20, and the payment date is September 30.

<Salary(Example)>
・23 years old, inspector (team leader) 230,000 yen (including an average of 6 hours overtime per month)
・47 years old, quality control (team leader) 310,000 yen (including an average of 18 hours overtime per month)
・33 years old, Adhesive Processing Team (Team Leader): 340,000 yen (including an average of 30 hours overtime per month)
・42 years old, Adhesive Processing Team (General): 380,000 yen (including an average of 33 hours overtime per month)
・30 years old, Digital Engineer (Senior): 360,000 yen (including an average of 15 hours overtime per month)

■Premium rate paid for overtime, holidays, or late-night work
　(a) Overtime: Exceeding the legal limit（25% for up to 60 hours per month, 50% for more than 60 hours per month,Exceeding the prescribed limit (0)%
　(b) Holidays: statutory holidays (35)%, non-statutory holidays (25)%
　(c) Late night: (50)%

■Various allowances
・Overtime allowance
・Commuting allowance (paid separately from monthly salary): Up to 25,000 yen per month depending on distance (km)
The following are included in the monthly salary
・Housing allowance: 10,000 yen for head of household, 5,000 yen for non-head of household
・Family allowance: 10,000 yen for spouse, 5,000 yen for first child, 3,000 yen for second child
・Position allowance, special skills allowance, etc.

■Basic Working Hours
・Monday～Friday/Holidays
・Start at 8:45, end at 17:30

■Break time
・Lunch break 45 minutes: 12:00～12:45
・Paid short break of 15 minutes: 15:00～15:15
・15 15-minute break for overtime work: 17:30～17:45

■Vacation
・Annual paid leave (granted as stipulated by law after 6 months of continuous service)
・Celebration or condolence leave, etc. (under employment regulations)

・Three long vacations a year during Golden Week, Bon vacations, and year-end and New Year holidays (approx. 7 to 9 days each)

Trial period: 3 months from the date of employment
*The trial period may be extended for one month. In that case, the company notify the employee in advance.

Work location will be assigned to one of the following locations depending on aptitude and duties

①Seki Plant No. 1: 19 Ota-cho, Seki-shi, Gifu Prefecture

②Seki Plant No. 2 : 33-1 Babade, Seki-shi, Gifu Prefecture

③Kurachi R&D Center: 2511-1, Kurachi, Seki-shi, Gifu

④Hitase Plant: 1757 Hitase, Seki-shi, Gifu

⑤Tentoku Plant: 1-3-18 Tentoku-cho, Seki-shi, Gifu

⑥Oze Plant: 1284-6 Ichinomon, Oze, Seki-shi, Gifu

In addition to Seki City, foreign residents living in nearby Gifu City, Minokamo City, Kakamigahara City, and Kani City commute to work. Car commuting time: 10 to 30 minutes.
