We are looking for people who enjoy working and building relationships of trust with our clients by utilizing their expertise in the following areas
【Manufacturing Technology Engineer】
・Propose, design, develop, and prepare manufacturing processes and methods that satisfy customer requirements by utilizing our technologies.
・We are looking for a person who has knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as experience in manufacturing technology.
【Quality control and inspection of automobile interior parts】
・Quality Control, Automotive Interior Parts Inspection -- Practical experience and candidate for future team leader
・Quality control -- analysis of defects and planning of countermeasures, etc.
【Coating work members】
・We welcome those who have no experience in factory work.
・Future leader candidate for coating work.
Work contents ⇒ Material preparation, material input, product unloading, packing, etc.

From 2024, they will expand the scope of work to include maintenance work, which is one of their specialties.

Daily/monthly salary system (closing on the 20th of each month, paid at the end of the month)

・22 years old, inspector: 240,000 yen (29 hours of overtime work)
・30 years old, Chief Digital Engineer: 350,000 yen (15 hours overtime)
・40 years old, Coating Team Member: 358,000 yen (31 hours overtime)

■Premium rate paid for overtime, holidays, or late-night work
(a) Overtime: exceeding the legal limit (35)%, Exceeding the prescribed limit (25)%
(b) Holidays: statutory holidays (35)%, non-statutory holidays (25)%
(c) Late night: (50)%

Commuting allowance: Up to 25,000 yen per month, calculated by distance (km)
Housing allowance: 10,000 yen for head of household, 5,000 yen for non-homeowners
Family allowance: spouse 10,000 yen, first child 5,000 yen, second child 3,000 yen
