▼Job Responsibilities
We deal with customers of major companies that handle food products, such as convenience stores, supermarkets, popular restaurant chains, and co-ops. Delivery destinations are fixed, so there are no re-deliveries. Even though they are the same logistics drivers, food logistics is stable, and you can work for a long time because you can acquire a wide range of knowledge and skills, such as temperature control and delivery routes according to delivery times.

3 years of service / Driver position: 4.7 million yen
Monthly income: 350,000 yen (including all allowances) Bonus: 500,000 yen
Overtime: 60 hours, with late-night work
Driver position with 3 years of service: 4,580,000 yen
Monthly income: 340,000 yen (including all allowances) Bonus: 500,000 yen
Overtime: 60 hours, no late-night work
Salary supplement 【Allowance list】
Vehicle rating allowance: For drivers of heavy-duty vehicles
Accident-free allowance: 10,000 yen
Position allowance: 5,000 yen and up
Housing allowance: (managers and above)
Late night/overtime allowance: Varies depending on the shift.
Late-night and overtime allowances are paid in increments of one minute.

A group of about 10 people forms a [group].
If you are promoted to the head of a group of about 10 people, you will receive the following benefits
