▼Job Responsibilities
The following duties are required
◯Production progress management
Plan and implement schedules for manufacturing products, manage the assignment of part-timers, and check food production processes!
◯Maintenance and repair of machinery
＜Example of a daily schedule for production progress management＞
8:00 Arrive at work
- Check manufacturing schedule
- Give instructions to part-timers and check manufacturing progress
10:00 a.m.
-Receive orders from customers for products to be shipped sequentially after 2:00 p.m., and confirm the difference between the number of products manufactured and the confirmed manufacturing quantity.
10:00 -Confirm and implement additional production items, quantities, and schedules.
12:00 Lunch break
13:00
-Continue to manufacture items.
-Patrol the production line for the items for which you are in charge and talk to the part-timers (provide advice, instructions, troubleshooting, etc.)
After 14:00
-Ships out manufactured items in order.
Evening
-Clean up the factory, check internal messages, and perform other office work

Monthly salary: 216,000 yen - 282,000 yen
(based on 20 hours of overtime work per month)
