Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
Your job is to inspect and repair container houses and clean temporary restrooms in Komono Town, Mie Prefecture. You will play an important role in preparing the rest areas you see at festivals and construction sites. You will be responsible for the following tasks
Clean and sanitize the used containers.
Check for any broken parts and repair them if necessary.
Rearrange the inside layout for the next customer.
▼Salary
Base salary is 190,000 yen to 280,000 yen
Assumes 21 working days per month.
Bonus: Twice a year (paid in December and June)
The average is 3.2 months after the second year of employment.
Closing bonus: Paid according to business performance.
Overtime allowance: Available.

The number of annual holidays is 113 days. In addition, annual paid vacations range from 10 to 20 days (the minimum number of days is granted after six months of employment).
Five days are granted for summer vacation and seven days for year-end and New Year vacations.
Other benefits include special congratulation or condolence leave and birthday leave.

The probationary period is 3 months. After joining the company, you will work at the head office for the first 3-6 months until the Mie Sales Office is established, where you will deepen your knowledge of our products.
