Essentially, you will take care of kitchen operations!

▼Firstly
We will start with getting you used to knives.
You will start with the preparation of ingredients, cleaning up, washing dishes, and drinks.

▼Once You Gain Experience
You will be able to try your hand at processing fish, sashimi, serving dishes, salads, deep-fried dishes, straw-fired dishes, and other dishes that we serve in our restaurant.

Recipes are provided and kitchen staff will support you.
If you feel motivated to challenge yourself, we can give you more opportunities, such as developing recommended menus and seasonal menus!

▼Salary
【Full-time employee】
・Monthly salary: 245,000 yen to 400,000 yen
*Including fixed overtime hours (45 hours: 74,000 yen to 176,000 yen)
*Excess hours will be paid separately *Experience and ability will be taken into consideration when determining the starting salary

【Part-time job】
・Hourly wage: 1,200 yen
*Training period: 1,100 yen for 50 hours

【Full-time employee】
10:00 ～ 24:00 (Depends on the store)
・8 hours/shift
・Consideration of last train

・Minimum of 2 shifts per week
・Minimum working hours: 3 hours per day

About 20 hours of overtime per month (included in fixed overtime pay)

Generally none.
If overtime work is required, it will be converted to an hourly rate.
