This job involves hardening roads and hauling dirt!
We work as a vibrant team with members who enjoy working together.
We have many foreign staff members as well, so don't worry! You'll be working in an international environment!

Monthly salary: ~460,817 yen
*Including fixed overtime (27,188-62,531 yen)
→Changes slightly depending on the year.
Qualification allowance: 5,000-10,000 yen
Other special qualification allowances are available, which we will talk to you to confirm!
Salary increase (2-3%)

Bonus available (paid at the end of June)
The amount will vary depending on the company's performance and the individual's ability.
