Taxi Driver
This is a taxi driver job. We emphasize hospitality to our customers.
Once you pick up the customer, your job is to take them to their destination "safely, securely, and comfortably".

Basic salary: 185,456 yen + various allowances + commission
※Industry's top-class high commission rate of 60%~64%.

◆Monthly salary of 250,000 yen for the first three months of employment!

《For Inexperienced drivers》
★Guaranteed salary of 270,000 yen for one year after debuting as a driver★
★Daily allowance of 12,000 yen for the first 20 days of employment.
★8,000 yen per day after the 21st day.

《For the experienced drivers》
★Up to 400,000 yen as a gift for joining the company! (*Within the regulation) ★

Salary Example
① Sales 85,000 yen (1 day) x 12 rides = 1,020,000 yen → 1,020,000 yen x 64% = 652,800 yen
② Sales 70,000 yen (per day) x 12 shifts = 840,000,000 yen → 840,000,000 yen x 64% = 537,600 yen
③ Sales 55,000 yen (per day) x 12 crews = 660,000 yen → 660,000 yen x 64% = 422,400 yen (*The Average)

◎Regular working hours: 14 hours and 25 minutes + 3 hours break
・Maximum of 20 hours (including 3 hours break)

6~8 days off per month + days off after the end of the shift

Your income would be guaranteed even during the training period.
Monthly salary of 250,000 yen for the first three months of employment!
In addition, trainees and new hires are guaranteed a salary of 270,000 yen for the first year (12 rides per month).
