Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
Guiding vehicles and pedestrians around construction sites and parking lots to ensure a secure traffic flow. This is a simple job, so don't worry if you are inexperienced.
▼Salary
【18 years old to 66 years old】
Day shift: 11,000 yen (Overtime: 1,395 yen per hour)
Night shift: 12,500 yen (Overtime: 1,410 yen per hour)
【From 67 to 69 years old】
Day shift: 10,800 yen (Overtime: 1,395 yen per hour)
Night shift: 12,300 yen (Overtime: 1,395 yen per hour)
【From 70 to 71 years old】
Day shift: 10,500 yen (Overtime: 1,395 yen per hour)
Night shift: 12,000 yen (Overtime: 1,395 yen per hour)
◆Partial allowances available.
Qualification support system available!
-You can also gain qualifications to improve your career and income!
-Those interested in physical work are also encouraged to apply.

Paid on the 10th and 25th of every month (with stipulations)
Daily payment OK (with stipulations)

500 yen/day salary increase for holding up a level 2 traffic guidance security service qualification!

▼Contract Period
The first two months will be a probationary period, followed by a one-year contract.

【Working Hours】
・Day shift：8:00～17:00
・Night shift：20:00〜5:00 the next day
*8 hours of actual work
*Variable depending on the work location.
Shifts are self-assigned, so you can manage your private life well.
You can choose to work day or night shifts.
You will be bound for 9 hours a day with a 1-hour break, but depending on the progress of the construction work, you may finish earlier.
Rest assured that your salary will remain the same in such cases. (Some regulations apply.)
If overtime work is required, you will be paid for every 30 minutes of overtime work.

In such cases, overtime will be paid if the actual working hours exceed 8 hours.

You will be required to undergo 3 days (21 hours) of training as required by law.
