Daily wage: 11,300-15,000 yen
【18 to 66 years old】
・Day shift: 11,300 yen (overtime: 1,455 yen)
・Night shift: 12,800 yen (Overtime: 1,455 yen)
【67 to 69 years old】
・Day shift: 11,100 yen (Overtime: 1,455 yen)
・Night shift: 12,600 yen (Overtime: 1,455 yen)
【70 to 71 years old】
・Day shift: 10,800 yen (Overtime: 1,455 yen)
・Night shift: 12,300 yen (Overtime: 1,455 yen)

24,435 yen (7 hours per day 8,145 yen x 3 days)

▼Contract Period
The first two months will be a probationary period, followed by a one-year contract.

▼Working Days and Hours
【Working Hours】
・Day shift：8:00～17:00
・Night shift：20:00〜5:00 the next day
*8 hours of actual work
*Variable depending on the work location.
Shifts are self-assigned, so you can manage your private life well.
You can choose to work day or night shifts.
You will be bound for 9 hours a day with a 1-hour break, but depending on the progress of the construction work, you may finish earlier.
Rest assured that your salary will remain the same in such cases. (Some regulations apply.)
If overtime work is required, you will be paid for every 30 minutes of overtime work.

This may occur depending on the progress of construction.
In such cases, overtime will be paid if the actual working hours exceed 8 hours.

▼Holiday
We understand that some of you may want to work a lot, but please take one day off a week.
You are free to choose the days you want to take off.
▼Training
You will be required to undergo 3 days (21 hours) of training as required by law.
◇Daily wages will be paid during the training period.
During the training period, 23,385 yen (7,795 yen per day for 7 hours x 3 days) Lunch is provided!
