【Hourly Wage】¥1,200
【Monthly Income Example】
≪With 2 shifts and overtime, earning over ¥250,000 is possible!≫
- Hourly Wage: ¥1,200 (7.75 hours/day × 20 days/month)
- Late Night Allowance: ¥17,700 (59 hours/month × 0.25)
- Overtime Pay: ¥52,500 (35 hours/month × 1.25)
- Total Payment: ¥256,200
