Full-time and part-time staff needed at a serviced senior housing facility.
You will be in charge of morning care, night care, nursing care, etc.
General physical and daily living assistance.

-Toilet care
-Meal care
-Bathing assistance
-Duties related to the operation of the facility
-Night care (night shift/regular employees only)

▼Salary
≪ Full-time employee ≫
Monthly salary: 194,000-279,000 yen + night shift allowance of 12,000 yen (3,000 yen per shift x 4 shifts)
The monthly salary includes an incentive allowance of 10,000 to 85,000 yen and a work allowance of either 0 yen or 10,000 yen.
(Depends on experience and ability)

◎ Regarding work allowance
Depending on the base salary, the work allowance is either 0 yen or 10,000 yen.
In the case of 10,000 yen, it will be paid as a fixed overtime allowance for 5 hours regardless of whether or not overtime work is performed.
Excess overtime will be paid separately.

In the case of full-time employment, the corporation will decide the facility to be worked at, and there is a possibility of transfer after employment.
