This job is to answer inquiries from customers via e-mail. Most inquiries are answered in Japanese, but occasionally we reply in a foreign language. In such cases, you will answer customer questions in English, Italian, or Indonesian.
- Answer e-mail inquiries from customers.
- Reply using the template provided.
- Answer by referring to the logs of similar questions and other questions that have been asked before.
There is no telephone support, so the main communication is by e-mail. Recommended for those who want to make use of their language skills.
