Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
You will be in charge of electrical control design
(1) Meetings with customers
(2) Understanding of equipment, examination of specifications, and understanding of points to be improved (interviews for this purpose)
(3) Programming, CAD design of control panel/electrical circuit
(programming software), touch panel screen design, etc.
(4) Testing, adjustment, and final delivery
(5) Wiring and manufacturing will be performed by other departments, but support may be provided.
Duration of business trip depends on the case.
Scope of work: control panel design, electrical work, and sales support work.
There are cases in which work at high elevations is required.

- Monthly salary: 220,000 yen to 350,000 yen
- Bonus: Available twice a year; actual results for the previous fiscal year are for a total of 4 months.
- Salary increase: Yes, actual results for the previous year are 1,000 yen to 30,000 yen/month.
- Commuting allowance: Provided (based on company rules)
- Position allowance: 10,000 yen to 100,000 yen
- Family allowance: spouse 5,000 yen, children 10,000 yen, others 3,000 yen
- Overtime allowance: Yes.
Model Salary
2nd year with the company, in his 20s, annual income 4,150,000 yen (monthly salary + bonus + other allowances)
Third year with the company: 5,210,000 yen per year (monthly salary + bonus + other allowances)
Fifth year with the company: 6.49 million yen per year (monthly salary + bonus + benefits)
