▼Job Responsibilities
You will be engaged mainly in the following duties at one of our company-operated restaurants, such as "Fukushima Wataru" and "Tsukiakari".
・Preparing food and serving food
・Cooking in the kitchen
・Directing and supervising staff during business hours
・Sales management and strategy planning
・Staff recruitment and training, etc.
There are two types of employment
・Full-time employees - In principle, transferable to different shops, with bonus.
・Semi-employees - No shop transfers (You may need to work in other shops occasionally), no bonuses.
▼Salary
Monthly salary 260,000 yen 〜 300,000 yen (or more)
※To be determined based on experience, age, and previous employment.
※Allowance for 45 hours of overtime work is included in the salary.
* Salary increase available
* Bonuses available (based on performance * FY2023 results: September and December)
* Overtime allowance available (45 hours per month included in salary)
* Family allowance available (spouse: 15,000 yen per month, one child: 6,000 yen per month)
* Housing allowance available
* Transportation allowance (up to 50,000 yen/month, *Fuel fee covered for those commuting by car or motorcycle)
* Rent subsidy (expenses for moving for the convenience of the store after joining the company)
* Salary revision (as needed)
