As a Sales Associate (sales staff), you will be responsible for providing fashion advice to customers, managing merchandise, working the cash register, creating displays, and other duties as a "brand ambassador" to spread the appeal of the Ralph Lauren brand to as many customers as possible. This is a job to spread the charm of Ralph Lauren to as many customers as possible.

The outlet stores have a large number of customers and require highly productive operations management and collaborative teamwork.

In this environment, you will be responsible for providing the best service to our customers while maintaining a high level of hospitality.

Monthly salary from 210,000 yen
*Determined according to our company's regulations, taking experience and ability into consideration.

Trial period: 3 months (same salary and benefits)
Transportation expenses paid (up to 100,000 yen per month)
Car commuting allowed (motorbikes not allowed)
Monthly incentive system
Salary revision once a year
Overtime work will be paid separately.
