As an expert in recruiting foreign nationals, this position is for a client company that uses Guidable Jobs, a recruiting platform exclusively for foreign residents,
This recruitment consulting service is designed to improve customer satisfaction and promote continuous use of the platform.
The main tasks include the following
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans with client companies to ensure success in recruiting foreign nationals, and verify the effectiveness of these plans at regular meetings.
Conducting initial interviews and screening of candidates on behalf of the client company.
After the client company decides to hire a foreign candidate, provide general support until the candidate's first day of employment.
Planning strategies and making proposals to ensure that client companies continue to use Guidable Jobs.
Acting as an advisor throughout the entire recruitment process to match foreign nationals with companies and help companies with diverse backgrounds to grow their business,
You will play an important role in helping diverse companies to grow their business.
▼Salario
Annual income: 3.24 million yen - 6 million yen + incentives
◆Salary details (reference)
Monthly salary: 270,000 yen - 500,000 yen
korean basic salary: 197,100 yen - 367,300 yen
kore (fixed overtime allowance (45 hours per month): 72,900 yen to 132,700 yen
kore Incentive: Monthly incentive based on the amount of orders received.
Overtime allowance for overtime work in excess of 45 hours per month will be paid additionally.
● Salary increase: Based on personnel evaluation twice a year (May and November) *Based on regulations
Commuting and transportation expenses (up to 30,000 yen per month)
