【Primary responsibilities】

- Lead and support interactive English programs, often with 30+ students, in an after-school care environment.
- Ensure the establishment and maintenance of an immersive English learning environment.
- Collaborate effectively with both Japanese and English-speaking staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Model and promote friendly, enthusiastic, and professional behavior to create a positive learning environment.
- Teach and reinforce proper manners and basic life skills.
- Prepare materials for daily activities using the provided curriculum and lesson plans.
- Plan and participate in school events such as field trips, open school days, and seasonal celebrations.
- Complete student progress reports three times per year.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks as part of shared staff responsibilities.
