We have two or three staff member working together to care for nine users!
There will be one person on the night shift.

▼급료
￥225,400 yen～
(basic salary + treatment improvement allowance + night shift allowance for 5 times included)

・Basic salary: 165,400 yen～
・Treatment improvement allowance: 27,000 yen
・Additional allowance for specific treatment improvement: 3,000 yen (for non-care workers)
・Night shift allowance: 6,000 yen/time (average of 5 times per month)


《Various allowances》
・Qualification allowance:：10,000 yen (for care workers)
・Additional allowance for specific treatment improvement: 5,000 yen (for care workers)
・Family allowance: Spouse 10,000 yen
・Children 6,000 yen/person (up to 18 years old in high school/up to 3 children)
・Housing allowance (head of household): 10,000 yen for spouse
・No spouse: 6,000 yen
・Transportation expenses: All expenses paid *with regulations
・Bonus: Twice a year (July and December)
・Salary increase： Once a year
・Bonuses and raises are linked to performance.
・There is a trial period of 3 months (no change in conditions).

▼근무일수・시간
① 7:00 - 16:00

③ 10:30 - 19:30
④ 16:00 - 9:00 the following day
・Rest time: 60 minutes　
・Shift work.
・Shift period: 16th - 15th of the following month
