・Basic salary: 140,600 yen - 233,900 yen
・Qualification allowance: 29,200yen-32,100yen
・Treatment improvement allowance: 30,900 yen
・Night shift allowance: 40,000 yen (10,000 yen per shift, about 4 times a month)
■In the case of a care worker
[Monthly salary] 210,700 yen - 326,000 yen
・Basic salary: 140,600 yen - 233,900 yen
・Qualification allowance: 39,200 yen - 42,100 yen
・Treatment improvement allowance: 30,900 yen
・Night shift allowance: 40,000 yen (10,000 yen per shift, about 4 times a month)
[Bonus]
・Twice a year (July and December) 3.3 months of actual payment in the previous fiscal year
[Dependent allowance]
・Spouse (married partner): 10,000 yen
・Dependents other than spouse (children, parents, etc.): 1st and 2nd child: 5,000 yen, 3rd and subsequent children: 3,000 yen
・If there is no spouse, an additional 3,000 yen will be added to the first dependent.
