Work at Matsuya consists of hall and kitchen duties.

- Hall staff
The main duty is customer service, such as delivering products at the service counter. There is no worry about order mistakes because it is a meal ticket system.

- Kitchen staff
We ask for simple cooking, washing dishes, and cleaning inside the store.
