[Job Description.
Route sales are mainly responsible for visiting a fixed number of vending machines, replenishing products, and collecting sales proceeds. We also ask them to provide support to vending machine owners who have installed our vending machines. In order for the vending machines to sell drinks, it is necessary to devise ways to make the vending machines sell, in addition to the locations where they are installed. We will provide the know-how to those who have no experience, so you can make good money.

Some of them are paid more than 100,000 yen per month in commission.

Benefits
Basic salary + commission based on sales: average 20,000-120,000 yen (as of 2021)
Furthermore, if you obtain a contract for the installation of new vending machines, you will receive an incentive of 5,000 yen to 10,000 yen per machine!
No matter your age or experience, you can earn as much as you work hard.
Actual example/Mr. N (27 years old): Basic salary + 110,000 yen (actual results for July 2019)

Working hours: 8:30 - 17:30 (1 hour break at the end of the day depending on delivery status)

Sundays only, 1 paid vacation day per month (can be taken one month after the 3 month probationary period)

In your first week (7 to 10 days), you will learn to operate the vending machines.
After that, you will ride with a senior route sales person in an assigned delivery area for about one month.
You will learn to operate the POS system handheld terminal of the sales management system, as well as the address and delivery order of each vending machine for 6 days a week.
You will gradually learn how to complete all tasks yourself, in order to repeat the same delivery cycle every day. After training, you'll be become an independent worker!

Paid vacations can be taken from the following month after a 3-month probationary period (i.e paid vacations can be taken after 4 months work).
Bonuses are paid in individual meetings with the president and board members every year before the year-end and New Year's vacations.
There is an employee parking lot on the company's premises, so employees can commute by car.
