This job involves processing eels and chicken for use in Furusato and restaurants.

The work is always the same, so it will be very easy once you learn it!

Preparing the eel is cleaning and washing the fish with a machine.
Senior workers are in charge of grilling the eels, and after they are done, they are packed and stored.
Chicken is cut with a knife and packed after measuring the quantity.
