Hall STAFF: Mainly serving customers
Mainly customer service
Taking orders
Bringing out food and drinks
Cash register
Cashiers, cash registers, simple cleaning, etc.

Kitchen STAFF: Mainly cooking assistance
Start with simple preparation.
Serving soba noodles
Making drinks
Washing dishes
Cleaning, etc.
