Chanfe Tokyo is a restaurant opened in Ueno, Tokyo, by founder Sean Sumlin, who has lived in Los Angeles for over 20 years.

Unimaginable from the bar-like interior, it is a place where you can enjoy truly delicious food created by head chef Takeya, as well as drinks you won't find anywhere else.

What is important to us is world-class cuisine and service.

And this is the first restaurant in Japan under the supervision of Sean, who started with the concept of pleasing the customers, but more importantly, valuing the individuality and talent of the employees.
