セルフスタイルのうどん専門店で、難しい調理はありません。

６つのポジションのうち得意なポジションを担当してもらっています。　　　　　　　　　　　
◇「かま」うどんをゆでる係　　　
◇「たいめん」ご注文をもらい、その場でうどんを作ってから
お客さんにわたす係
◇「天ぷら」天ぷらを揚げる係　
◇「ちょうりほじょ」おにぎりを作ったり、お料理の仕込みをする係　
◇「洗い場」丼やお皿、調理器具などを洗う係（洗浄機で洗います）　
◇「レジ」お会計をする係　
仕事のやり方は、店長やスタッフリーダーが、分かりやすくていねいに教えますので、安心してください。
