■There is a probationary period (duration: 3 months)
220,000 - 320,000 yen (varies depending on qualifications and experience)
■Wages
Technical/technical staff with no experience
260,000 - ¥520,000
※The above amount includes deemed overtime pay (20 hours per month, worth ¥47,000).
※The excess will be paid in full.
■Annual income example
-Annual salary: ¥4,333,500/first year in the company/engineer, 32 years old
-Annual salary: ¥5,321,500 / 3 years with the company / technical staff, 38 years old
-Annual salary: ¥8,452,800/17 years with the company/technical executive, age 37
■Bonuses
Paid in June and December (twice a year for a total of two months (previous year's results))
