Kitchen operations

We are looking for a person who is able to work in the kitchen, and who is able to prepare, cook, and develop menus for the restaurant.
We are a members-only restaurant, so please provide dishes that meet the various needs of our customers.

Hourly wage increases are available (personnel evaluation system once every 3 months).

VILLA FOCH, a fully members-only BAR, was established in Nishi-Azabu in 2004 as a membership bar with just 15 seats. FOCH derives from the 'AVENUE FOCH', which faces an exclusive residential area extending from the Arc de Triomphe in Paris and its streets, a memorable place for the founding owners, who hail from Paris. This salon culture with its esprit and the concept of BAR & LOUNGE, which we want adults to inherit, has been brought to Ginza, the place of commercial origin in Japan. In 2018, VILLA FOCH GINZA was born as one of the largest luxury bar-lounges in the Ginza area. During lunch & tea time, it is a Ginza haven for non-members as well.
