Maintaining and inspecting equipments such as refrigerators, freezers, vending machines, and air conditioning systems at major convenience stores, supermarkets, drugstores, and other customer locations.

Specifically:
Perform periodic maintenance for companies once every three months.
You will visit the customer's place using a company car and perform around 3 to 4 repairs or inspections a day.
There will be proper on-boarding.
During your training, you will accompany a senior employee to learn about the system. You won't start alone.
Our customers include convenience stores that are open 24/7, so we have also built a system where we are able to operate 24/7.
Based on this system, we may ask you to work night shifts and/or holidays (on standby) 7-8 times a month. These shifts would have extra payments outside of the monthly pay.

Basic salary: 200,000 yen to 270,000 yen
<Various benefits will be added to the monthly salary>
* Transportation fee ／ up to 100,000 yen per month
* Standby allowance ／ 4,000 yen on weekdays, 10,000 yen on weekends and holidays
* Housing allowance ／ 10,000 〜 20,000 yen per month (based on company regulations)
* Childcare allowance ／ first child 22,000 yen per month, second and the following children 5,000 yen per month
* Qualification allowance ／ 1,000 yen 〜 30,000 yen per month (based on company regulations)
* Gift for passing the qualification exam (qualified by the company)／3,000 〜 5,000 yen per occasion (based on company regulations)
* Designated consecutive holidays allowance ／ ¥5,000 per day

Working days are determined based on the company calendar
Working hours 8:30 〜 17:30 (8 hours a day/60-minute break)
*Basic schedule: 2 days off per week, with a possible Saturday attendance once a month.

Extra Wages
- Overtime: 1.25 times the basic wage
- Work on holidays: 1.35 times the basic wage
- After 10:00 p.m/night shifts: 1.25 times the basic wage.
* Repair work requires a lot of overtime during the summer months (May~August)

Holidays are determined based on the company calendar.
2 days off per week. We may require you to work on Saturdays (once a month).
More than 112 days off per year.
Other holidays: Summer vacation, New Years Eve and New Years holidays, paid vacations (10 days of annual paid vacation after 6 months).
