Located in Toranomon at Minato-ku, Azabudai Hills cost an estimated 580 billion yen to construct. Since its completion in November 2023, it is now officially the tallest building in Japan!

3. Yokohama Landmark Tower - 296 Meters (Yokohama)

A nice place to hang out, with plenty of gourmets, a mall, and a hotel.

4. Rinku Gate Tower Building - 256.1 Meters (Osaka)

A 56-story building with shopping malls, retailers, and more.

5. Osaka Prefectural Government Sakishima Building - 256 Meters (Osaka)

Also called Cosmo Tower, and was previously known as Osaka World Trade Center Building.

About Azabudai Hills

Azabudai Hills is a combination of three different buildings, Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower, Azabudai Hills Residence A, and Azabudai Hills Residence B.

The complex is so huge that it is like a city in a city. Occupying 81,000 ㎡ of land and has 860,000 ㎡ of floor space. So, what can we do here?

Work

Within the complex, there is office space which was built to give employees a place to work and promote a healthy well-being. Part of this work environment includes “Hills House,” which allows workers to come together and realize their creativity.

Residence

Azabudai Hills is an ideal residence that looks like a city, but with lush greenery. At the top of Mori J Tower, there exists what they call “Aman Residences, Tokyo.” It is the highest residence in Japan, with each room equipped with a private elevator. In their own words, it is a sanctuary among the clouds.

Azabu Hills Residence is home to approximately 1000 new residents. Here, they offer a “smart city life,” with shared facilities including a gym, theater, kids room, and more.

Commercial

Azabudai Hills is not simply a place to work and live. It is home to shops, restaurants, and food markets. Boasting all types of meat, fish, produce, desserts, etc. Azabudai Hills can be said to have it all on its own.

There are three types of art galleries situated in Azabudai Hills: a digital art museum, their original art gallery, and spaces for public art.
