Bathing assistance
Assistance with defecation
Changing bed sheets
Other personal assistance

★We are looking for people who can provide support and care for our residents, helping to draw out their strengths
【No experience is necessary】
We will start by learning the flow of the day shift and the names of the residents!
Night shifts start at around 1-2 times a month, but you will work and receive support from senior staff.
【You can maintain a work-life balance】
You can take 3 days off per month.
You can also take Saturdays and Sundays off!
Almost 100% of all paid holidays are taken off!
It is easy to take time off, so you can refresh yourself while you work.
We have a wide range of employees, from young people raising children in their 30s, as well as middle-aged employees in their 40s, 50s, and 60s.
