At our company, we help customers effectively use their land to build rental apartments. This involves planning the construction, designing the building, managing the actual construction work, and maintaining the building after it is completed. 【Construction Management】
- Planning to build an apartment complex on the customer's land.
- Giving instructions on how to build based on the design drawings.
- Checking the site to ensure that the construction proceeds as planned.
- Ensuring that the construction progresses safely.
- Confirming that the apartment is properly built and handing it over to the customer.

▼Overtime Details
Generally no overtime, but there may be necessary cases depending on the progress of work. If it occurs, we will provide an overtime allowance.
▼Holiday
A full two-day weekend system, as well as New Year holidays, summer holidays, and special holidays, and project completion holidays are available. In addition, maternity leave before and after birth, and childcare and caregiving leave can also be acquired. The first year provides 10 days of paid leave, with up to 20 days available for acquisition (excluding carried-over days).
