▼Job Responsibilities
Cleanliness Services is involved in the cleaning and maintenance of major family restaurants and other customers' restaurants. The position will transfer between 11 locations nationwide to perform cleaning duties.
They will also be responsible for the smooth operation of the organization by working on the training, guidance, and management of contracted staff.
▼Salary
Monthly salary is as follows
- 2-year technical college graduate: 190,000 yen
- 3-year professional graduate: 200,000 yen
- University graduate: 210,000 yen
- Graduate degree: 220,000 yen
Information on benefits
- Commuting allowance: fully paid
- Overtime allowance: paid for overtime hours (not deemed overtime)
- Housing allowance: limited to those who live in a dormitory and those who live alone (maximum number of years)
- Late-night allowance: Average of 20,000-30,000 yen per month
- Moving expenses are provided for those moving into a dormitory.
Other salary information
- Salary increase twice a year (February and August)
- Bonuses twice a year (July and December)
