We welcome guests when they arrive at the hotel.
∙ Handing out room keys and explaining about the rooms.
Assist with check-out and check-out procedures.
Answer phone calls for reservations and perform clerical work on the computer.
Assist guests with any problems they may have and provide information on sightseeing in the area.
Cleaning of the hotel and other environmental work.

In addition to a monthly salary of 248,500 yen or more, there are incentives, various allowances (late-night allowance, etc.), and a bonus twice a year. Specific incentives include a membership acquisition incentive, an occupancy rate allowance (10,000 to 20,000 yen/month), and a membership acquisition allowance (paid for each new member acquired). It is also worth mentioning that these allowances are applied after the completion of the training period.
