Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
You will assist customers in various ways to ensure that they leave Tokyo Skytree happy with their visit. It is important to provide gentle guidance tailored to each customer. While working, you will also learn customer service skills.
- Gently guide customers on the floor and in front of elevators.
- Explain the observation deck in detail so that customers can enjoy the observation deck.
- Sell and exchange tickets at the ticket counter.
- Think of and propose events that will bring more enjoyment to customers.

Monthly salary 225,000 yen + benefits
Salary during training period (around 10 days, maximum 20 days): 1170 yen per hour
